| GENERAL INFORMATION All satellite dishes 36 inches and smaller is not required to have a building permit. Any dish larger than 36 inches have setback requirements and height requirements. PLANS SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS A copy of a site plan or your property survey with dimensions indicating the location of the dish on the property. A plan with the dimensions showing the height of the dish along with the diameter. The dish shall not exceed 12 feet in diameter. INSPECTIONS A final inspection is required upon completion of the project FEES AND APPLICATIONS The permit fee for a satellite dish is $50.00 and an application must be completed and submitted to the Building Inspection Department at 3901 Main St. Please contact the Building Inspection Department (972) 412-6125 for additional information |
